From time to time Karen gets into the kitchen and creates great new recipes using Manitoba chicken. Then she puts those recipes into booklets for you to enjoy. Here's a list of our more recent booklets and how you can get a copy.

    Canadian farmers have increasingly limited opportunities to meet their most important consumers face to face. This 34 page booklet offers the chance to know more about farmers and their way of life. You'll find answers to common questions, a little myth busting and some insight into what it's really like down on the farm in the 21st century. Published by Ontario Farm Animal Council.

For Kindergarten to Grade 6 teachers and students
  • CHICKEN: A Class Act.
    A fun way to teach concepts in math, language and science. This resource kit contains a teachers guide with activities to help students improve their reading, writing, number sense and data management, and learn about life cycles. The video shows students what it's like to live on a chicken farm. Resource includes an optional online component. Published by Chicken Farmers of Canada.
